I like your guest choice and issues discussed . Your podcast is unique in many ways. But I think you interrupt too much unnecessarily. And you need to study and research more in depth and ask right level of questions according to the nuances intellectual calibre of the guest. If guest like Deepak who has huge expertise comes, then I think it would be wastage of time and deviation if you interrupt and ask his opinion on trivia matters which are easy to form logical opinion by anyone. My suggestion as a regular audience is, study and research more deeply, ask right questions, don't interrupt much, listen more and don't deviate to trivia matters. Lex Fridman podcast is a great benchmark. He is a very good listener. So he is one of the top 5 podcaster in the world.

Selection of IAS,IFS,IPS are faulty.For these post moral character must be given the top priority because they have to deal with sensetive issues.We don't want intelligent or smart candidates but corrupt and unethical cendidates should not be selected because they deal with national sensetive issues and it can be a big security risk for the country.
